Ingredients
2 bananas
½ cup mixed berries
½ cup no-fat plain yoghurt
½ cup skim milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop low fat yoghurt icecream
½ cup water
1 tablespoon chia
Method
- Mix water and chia and leave to stand until forms gel.
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix until thick and smooth.
- Pour into cups and enjoy!
