Ingredients
220g packet ready to eat noodles
250g fresh prawns, shelled
2 cups frozen thai-style vegetables, thawed
1 cup bean sprouts
1 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons crushed garlic & ginger
¼ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup lime juice
½ tablespoon brown sugar
chilli to taste or 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Method
1. Heat wok and add a little sesame oil.
2. Add onion and garlic and ginger, cook until soft.
3. Add prawns and cook for 1 minute each side.
4. Add vegetables, bean sprouts and noodles and cook until heated through.
5. Mix together fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, coriander and chilli and stir through prawn mixture.
