Healthy food choices can help you look and feel fantastic. I often say to clients who cant seem to help themselves when making poor food choices, “ Nothing tastes as good as feeling and looking fabulous feels”. By following a balanced “super food” enriched diet that is low in additives, preservatives and refined foods, you will not only look and feel fantastic it will help you avoid food cravings, energy slumps, mood swings and poor general health to name a few.
Restrictive, unbalanced diets don’t work, in the long term you cant maintain them, and usually end up putting the weight you lost plus a bit more back on.
Be adventurous and try new foods. You will be surprised about how many options NOT restrictions you will have. The more “colourful” your diet the better!
